        ESRIToolbarControlPanel 提供一个继承自DotNet Framework 2.0 中System.Windows.Forms.ToolStripPanel类的可视化控件－ESRIToolStripPanel，通过该控件可以方便的开发基于ArcEngine的GIS应用程序。该控件主要用来管理ArcEngine 中提供的ToolbarControl控件，解决ArcEngine的ToolbarControl不能自动设置尺寸，拖拽，浮动等限制，实现较高级和友好的UI功能。
